Finance Broker - Osborne Park, WA.

You will be awarded industry leading remuneration with generous commission splits, with further increased splits on leads that you self-generate. You will benefit from a dedicated broker support team with specific allocation to your own processor and lodgement officer. You will benefit from the support of iconic’s in house marketing and communications team. You will become an integral member of the team and will have vast supplies of quality leads with allocation to high volume sales representatives.

What's Required?

  • Completed diploma in mortgage broking;
  • Experience as a mortgage broker or home lender within the banking channel is essential;
  • Have a "can do" attitude and be a team player;
  • Have a strong ability to build on and create long lasting business relationships;
  • An immaculate compliance history, and sales record;
  • A strong work ethic; and,
  • Current MFAA membership.

Loan Processing Officer - Osborne Park, WA.

We are looking for a broker support/loan processing officer who has previous experience in the processing of home lending and preferably experience in construction lending. To be considered for this role you will also require:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Ability to maintain and nurture relationships with our existing and potential referral partners;
  • Great time management and high attention to detail;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, compliance and excellence within your work; and,
  • A current drivers licence.

Accounts/Payroll Co-ordinator - Osborne Park, WA.

iconic home loans require an experienced and passionate accounts and payroll officer to join our team on a casual basis or as a contractor. This position will require three to four days work each month, including:

  • Coming in one to two day(s) a month, mid-month, to manage incoming invoices from service providers and arrange for payments to be made; and,
  • Coming in two days a month, end of month, to process payroll for iconic home loans and iconic financial planning.

You will be respnsible for the following:

  • Processing payroll on a monthly basis for over 30 employees and contractors of iconic home loans and iconic financial planning;
  • Handling all payroll and accounts related enquiries;
  • Preparation of monthly reporting in relation to payroll, broker salary validation, superannuation, annual leave etc.;
  • Setting up new staff with payroll and processing things such as terminations and pay increases;
  • Interpreting awards, agreements and contracts to ensure that correct pay entitlements are being received; and,
  • Managing and monitoring all incoming invoices from service providers and ensuring that payments are arranged and processed in a timely manner; and,
  • Managing and monitoring all incoming payments from clients and other third parties and matching up incoming funds with invoices sent.

To be considered for this role you will be required to have:

  • Previous experience in accounts management and/or company payroll;
  • A good understanding of the requirements that businesses must meet in relation to their company payroll and accounts;
  • Strong numerical and analytical reporting skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
  • Experience using Microsoft excel essential;
  • Experience using Xero accounting software preferable;
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence; and,
  • Excellent communication skills.

To be considered for this role you will require:

  • Diploma of Financial Planning (RD146);

  • Self-motivated, with a strong understanding of compliance and high level of integrity;
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, in addition to an inherent drive to succeed; and,
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines are essential.
